Book Your Own Stay

We recommend getting a rental car if you are staying outside of downtown Colorado Springs, or if you are looking to extend your stay to see more of Colorado.

Wedding Day Charter Bus Shuttle

We are providing a round trip charter bus shuttle from our hotel blocks in downtown Colorado Springs to our venue.

Pickup Spot 1: Springhill Suites Downtown Hotel Block DEPARTING at 3:15pm sharp

Pickup Spot 2: Hyatt Place Downtown Hotel Block DEPARTING at 3:30pm sharp

Venue departure: We will have an early bus departure at 9:30pm. Our final bus departure will be at 11pm when the reception ends. The bus will drop off at both hotel blocks.

Other Transportation Information

  • Fly into Denver International Airport (DEN) or Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS).

    DEN is a massive hub airport and has more direct flights. Groome Transporation Shuttle can be booked to get to downtown Colorado Springs (Click here for info - downtown COS is The Antlers S. Cascade stop).

    COS is a quaint airport. It has less direct flights but has affordable rideshare options to hotels in Colorado Springs. Click here for info on COS Airport ground transportation options.

    Both airports have rental car facilities.

  • Our venue has plenty of free parking if you are local or renting a car. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING is allowed.

  • There is a Free Shuttle (Link here) that runs every day along Tejon Street in Downtown COS. Both hotel block locations and our welcome event are 1 block or less away from a shuttle stop.

  • Uber and Lyft have a small presence in Colorado Springs. They are most reliable to and from the Colorado Springs Airport and to and from downtown. Rideshares will NOT be a feasible method of traveling to our wedding venue.
